Für unsere Niederlassung in Idsten suchen wir Im Rahmen eines zeitlich befristeten Projekts in befristeter Position (12 Monate/Vollzeit) einen

Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische B2C Betreuung unserer Kunden in Deutschland unter Nutzung von Salesforce OMS
  • Telefonische B2B Betreuung unserer Kunden in Deutschland und Österreich sowie unserer internationalen Kunden in der Schweiz, Osteuropa, Italien, Frankreich, Spanien, Niederlande überwiegend in englischer Sprache (Versand in 17 europaïsche Länder)
  • Auftragseingabe für Standard und Logoartikel unter Nutzung des firmeninternen Warenwirtschaftssystems (LS400/AS400)
  • Auftragsbestätigung und -kontrolle
  • Administrative Unterstützung unseres Außendienstes in Deutschland und im europäischen Ausland
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kollegen in der Ballbedruckung und im Schlägerbau in UK sowie mit unserem Logistikstandort in den Niederlanden und unserem Hauptsitz in Frankreich
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Retouren und Reklamationen über unser Ticketing-System Salesforce Service Cloud

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld oder im Kundenservice
  • Serviceorientiertes, verbindliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
  • Eine weitere europäische Fremdsprache (z. B. Italienisch, Niederländisch, Spanisch oder Französisch) ist ein echtes Plus
  • Hohe IT‑Affinität, insbesondere im Umgang mit dem Microsoft‑Office‑Paket, Salesforce OMS & Service Cloud sowie Softphone‑Systemen
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohe Vielseitigkeit und Belastbarkeit, auch in dynamischen Arbeitsphasen
  • Erfahrung im Golfsport‑ oder Sportartikelumfeld von Vorteil
