Acushnet est un fabricant et distributeur de balles de golf, clubs de golf, chaussures de golf, gants de golf, vêtements de golf, sacs de golf et autres accessoires de golf. La filiale française est responsable de la vente et du marketing en Europe continentale.

Nous recherchons notre un(e) Comptable (H/F) en CDD 9 mois, pour l’Europe Continentale basé sur notre bureau de Montataire (60).

Rattaché au Chef comptable, vous aurez en charge la tenue des opérations comptables pour l’ensemble des comptes du portefeuille clients en Espagne, Portugal et France.

  • Vous procédez aux ouvertures de comptes en vérifiant les pièces et la solvabilité des clients ;
  • Vous êtes en contact régulier avec nos clients pour la bonne gestion et suivi de leur compte ;
  • Vous enregistrez les transactions financières dans le système comptable de l'entreprise ;
  • Vous assurez le suivi des paiements en vérifiant les virements, les montants et les délais de traitement ;
  • Vous assurez le suivi des encours, effectuer les relances et le recouvrement des créances en cas de retards de paiement ou d’impayés ;
  • Vous gérez les litiges clients en cas d’impayés ;
  • Vous tenez le registre des impayés ;
  • Vous veillez à l’actualisation du référentiel clients ;
  • Vous assurez l'archivage des documents comptables ;
  • Vous intégrez les informations SEPA et générer des mandats ;
  • Vous produisez les documents et pièces comptables à la demande des commissaires aux comptes ;
  • Vous vous assurez du suivi des carnets de commandes avec le service commerciale et gérez au quotidien les commandes bloquées, et du déblocage de celles-ci en conformité avec les règles internes ;
  • Vous serez amené à effectuer des travaux d’audit Interne en relation avec vos missions ;
  • Vous serez amené à participer aux travaux de clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles ;

Votre Profil :

· Vous maitrisez couramment l’Espagnol, l’Anglais et le Français

· Une première expérience en comptabilité clients ou au sein d’un service clients serait un plus ; Débutant accepté.

· Formation Bac+2 type BTS Comptabilité-Gestion et/ou Commercial

· Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et connaissance d’un ERP. SAP serait un plus.

· Maîtrise du pack office

· Rigueur, sérieux, capacité d'analyse et bon relationnel

· Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe ainsi qu’en autonomie.
