Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vår kund söker en senior fullstackutvecklare med gedigen erfarenhet av AI-driven utveckling och agentiska lösningar. Rollen ingår i ett nystartat innovations- och utvecklingsteam som snabbt ska ta fram nya digitala lösningar och stötta flera delar av organisationen.

Uppdraget passar dig som ligger i framkant tekniskt och använder AI som en naturlig del av hela utvecklingsarbetet, inte bara för att generera kod. Du ser helheten i de flöden du bygger, trivs där vägen inte alltid är utstakad och kan gå från hypotes till fungerande lösning på kort tid. Nyfikenhet, samarbetsförmåga och förmågan att kommunicera med flera olika team är lika viktiga som den tekniska kompetensen.

Arbetet omfattar både snabb prototyp- och lösningsutveckling och att bidra till moderna, AI-förstärkta arbetssätt i organisationen. Det gäller bland annat agentisk AI, fullstackutveckling i Azure och .NET, integration mellan befintliga system samt utforskande av nya tekniker och verktyg.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Designa och utveckla fullstacklösningar med agentisk AI i Azure-miljö.
  • Snabbt ta fram prototyper och lösningar, från hypotes till fungerande leverans.
  • Utforska nya tekniker och arbetssätt inom AI-driven utveckling och sprida kunskapen i organisationen.
  • Bygga och integrera lösningar som kopplar ihop befintliga system och flöden.
  • Samarbeta med produktägare, verksamhet och andra team för att förstå behov och leverera värde.
  • Bidra till ett modernt och AI-förstärkt arbetssätt i utvecklingsteamet.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet som fullstackutvecklare.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att bygga AI-lösningar, gärna agentiska.
  • God erfarenhet av .NET och Azure.
  • Van att använda AI-verktyg som GitHub Copilot eller Claude som en integrerad del av utvecklingsarbetet.
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt, utforskande och hypotesdrivet i en snabbrörlig miljö.
  • Mycket god samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga, samt god svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av innovations- eller prototyputveckling.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete med LLM:er, RAG och AI-agenter i produktion.
  • Erfarenhet av DevOps och CI/CD i Azure.
  • Erfarenhet av att bygga lösningar för verksamhetskritiska och integrationstunga flöden.
  • Erfarenhet av att coacha andra i AI-drivna arbetssätt.
