Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vår kund befinner sig i en expansiv fas med flera pågående och kommande byggprojekt och söker nu en senior infrastrukturarkitekt. Projekten har redan en etablerad projektledning, men kunden behöver förstärkning med en person som tar det tekniska ansvaret för säkerhetssystem och fastighetsnära IT.

Du fungerar som länken mellan projektet, leverantörerna och kundens IT-organisation. Du ser till att passersystem, kamerasystem och övrig fastighetsteknik väljs, utformas och integreras med befintlig nätverks- och IT-infrastruktur enligt gällande tekniska standarder och säkerhetskrav.

Uppdraget passar dig som är van att röra dig mellan bygg och IT och som kan omsätta tekniska krav till lösningar som håller i både projekt och drift. Det finns goda möjligheter till fortsatt uppdrag.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Ta fram och äga den tekniska målbilden för passersystem, kamerasystem och nätverk i fastighetsprojekten.
  • Säkerställa att lösningarna följer kundens IT-standarder, servermiljö och säkerhetskrav.
  • Ställa tekniska krav på och granska handlingar och lösningar från leverantörer.
  • Vara teknisk rådgivare till projektledningen och stötta i val av system och leverantörer.
  • Samordna med kundens IT-organisation kring nätverk, segmentering, behörigheter och drift.
  • Följa upp installation, integration och driftsättning så att systemen fungerar som tänkt.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 8 års erfarenhet som infrastrukturarkitekt, nätverksarkitekt eller i liknande roll.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av fastighetsprojekt eller fastighetsnära IT.
  • God erfarenhet av att integrera passersystem och kamera-/videosystem med IT-infrastruktur.
  • Mycket god kunskap om nätverk, till exempel segmentering, VLAN, PoE och nätverkssäkerhet.
  • Vana att arbeta mot en IT-organisation med etablerade standarder och krav.
  • Förmåga att självständigt ta tekniskt ägarskap samt kommunicera professionellt på svenska och engelska.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av roller som beställarstöd eller teknisk samordnare i byggprojekt.
  • Kunskap om etablerade system för passerkontroll och video management.
  • Erfarenhet av OT-/fastighetsautomation (BMS) och cybersäkerhet för fastighetsteknik.
  • Erfarenhet från kommersiella fastigheter.
  • Möjlighet att genomgå säkerhetsprövning.
