Uppdragsbeskrivning

En större internationell teknikaktör inom avancerade automatiserade system söker nu en senior testautomatiserare till utvecklingen av nästa generations intelligenta lösningar. Uppdraget bedrivs i en tekniskt avancerad miljö där kvalitetssäkring, systemlogik och mjukvara samverkar i komplexa och delvis realtidsnära lösningar.

I rollen blir du en nyckelperson för testautomation inom ett tvärfunktionellt utvecklingsteam. Du ansvarar för att driva och vidareutveckla testautomatiseringsarbetet genom hela utvecklingskedjan – från strategi och arkitektur till implementation och uppföljning. En viktig del av uppdraget är att stötta, vägleda och dela kunskap med utvecklare och andra testare för att höja den gemensamma test- och kvalitetsnivån i organisationen.

Arbetet fokuserar på utveckling av robusta och underhållbara automatiserade tester, främst i Java, med inslag av C/C++ och Python beroende på systemdel och teknisk kontext.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Utveckla, underhålla och vidareutveckla automatiserade testlösningar
  • Definiera och förbättra teststrategi, testarkitektur och arbetssätt för testautomation
  • Stötta och coacha kollegor i testautomatisering och goda testpraxis
  • Arbeta nära utvecklare för att säkerställa testbarhet och hög kodkvalitet
  • Granska krav och tekniska lösningar ur ett kvalitetsperspektiv
  • Bidra till kontinuerlig förbättring av testprocesser och verktyg

Skall-krav

  • Akademisk examen inom datateknik, systemutveckling eller motsvarande
  • Minst 7 års erfarenhet av testautomation eller mjukvaruutveckling med tydligt testfokus
  • God erfarenhet av automatiserade tester i Java
  • Erfarenhet av C/C++ och/eller Python
  • Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska
  • Förmåga att ta tekniskt ansvar och fungera som stöd och mentor för andra

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av testning i realtidsnära eller inbyggda system
  • Erfarenhet av att etablera eller vidareutveckla testautomationsramverk
