Vi söker erfarna testare till konsultuppdrag hos våra kunder. Som testare får du möjlighet att arbeta i olika typer av systemutvecklingsprojekt, där kvalitet, stabilitet och användarnytta är centrala delar av leveransen. Uppdragen varierar i innehåll och omfattning, men gemensamt är att de bedrivs i agila miljöer med höga krav på kvalitet och samarbete.

Som testare ansvarar du för att säkerställa kvaliteten i systemlösningar genom hela utvecklingsprocessen. Du arbetar nära utvecklare, produktansvariga och andra roller för att förstå krav och behov, och omsätter detta till väl genomarbetade testfall och testscenarier.

Rollen omfattar planering och genomförande av tester – manuella och/eller automatiserade – analys av testresultat, rapportering av avvikelser samt uppföljning av åtgärder. Beroende på din erfarenhet kan uppdraget även inkludera arbete med teststrategi, testledning eller mer kravnära aktiviteter.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har flera års erfarenhet av test och kvalitetssäkring i systemutvecklingsprojekt.
  • Är van att ta fram testfall utifrån krav, användningsfall och andra underlag.
  • Har erfarenhet av testverktyg, felrapportering och uppföljning av kvalitet.
  • Har arbetat i komplexa systemmiljöer med integrationer och flera beroenden.
  • Trivs i agila arbetssätt och tvärfunktionella samarbeten.
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande erfarenheter:

  • Testautomatisering eller arbete med olika typer av teststrategier.
  • Prestanda-, belastnings- eller acceptanstester.
  • Erfarenhet av testledning eller koordination mellan olika team och intressenter.
  • Arbete i större organisationer eller långsiktiga förvaltningsmiljöer.
