Nach deiner Einarbeitungszeit wirst du schnell erste Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich umsetzen - neben wiederkehrenden Aufgaben erwarten dich spannende Projekte, die du bei ADBAKER umsetzen kannst:

HR Management (80%):

  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Stellenausschreibungen
  • Automatisierung und Screening von Bewerbungen und -prozessen
  • Unterstützung beim Active Sourcing: Aufbau unserer Talent Pipelines und Pools
  • Unterstützung bei der Bewerberkommunikation und Terminierung, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Probetagen
  • Umsetzung von Employer Branding Maßnahmen, wie die Pflege unserer Kununu Page, die Optimierung unserer Karriereseite, Planung von Social Media Beiträgen u.v.m.
  • Unterstützung beim People Development: Terminierung von Jahresgesprächen, Datenpflege und Tracking der MA Entwicklung in Leapsome
  • Unterstützung bei HR-administrativen Tätigkeiten wie die Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen u.v.m.
  • HR Projekte wie die Optimierung unserer People Development Strukturen oder unsere Außenwahrnehmung & Employer Brand durch den Ausbau unserer Kununu Page o.ä.

Office Management (10%):

  • Eingangspost und E-Mail Postfach sortieren und den Überblick bewahren
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Office Diensten
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Büro rund läuft: Du nimmst Lieferungen entgegen, verräumst Bestellungen, hältst Getränke und Kaffeebar stets aufgefüllt und stößt bei Bedarf Nachbestellungen an

Event Management (10%):

  • Planung und Organisation von Teamevents und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von New Business Events
  • Good Feel Management: Vorbereitung von Überraschungen zu Jubiläen und Geburtstagen unserer Kolleg:innen

you

  • Du möchtest Erfahrungen im HR und Office Management sammeln
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen als Werki oder Prakti sammeln können (kein Must Have)
  • Du wohnst in Köln oder Umgebung und möchtest vor Ort vom Office aus arbeiten
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und gewissenhaft
  • Du bist neugierig und offen Neues zu Lernen
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
