Job Description:

  • To analyze, document and propose solutions for business areas and to prepare functional specifications.
  • Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications
  • To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
  • Responsible for documenting businesss requirements as Software Requirement Specification and for sign off by the business.
  • Experience with working in agile process
  • Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as business requirements documents, use cases, process flow diagrams, user stories, wireframes and user manuals.
  • Can collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, clients, end-users, to understand their business needs and objectives and document them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Can examine existing business processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement and efficiency.
  • Can analyze the current state and collaborate with stakeholders to design and document future state processes.
  • Should work closely with project managers to support project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Should work closely with technical teams, such as developers and architects, to design solutions that address business requirements
