Mô Tả Công Việc

  • Chăm sóc khách hàng: Liên hệ và hỗ trợ khách hàng trong khu vực được phân chia, tư vấn và giúp khách hàng đặt hàng đồ uống (không cần tìm kiếm khách hàng mới chúng tôi đã có sẵn DATA!).
  • Theo dõi đơn hàng: Đảm bảo khách hàng luôn hài lòng và hỗ trợ sau khi họ đặt hàng.
  • Xây dựng mối quan hệ: Tạo dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng.
  • Làm việc tại văn phòng: Hỗ trợ khách hàng qua kênh điện thoại và chat.

Yêu Cầu

  • Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên.
  • Có kinh nghiệm chăm sóc khách hàng, telesales, bán hàng, hoặc tư vấn (từ 6 tháng trở lên).
  • Giọng nói rõ ràng, dễ nghe và giao tiếp tốt.
  • Kỹ năng thuyết phục và tư vấn khách hàng.

Địa Điểm và Thời Gian Làm Việc

  • Thời gian: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (8:30 - 17:30) và Thứ 7 (8:30 - 12:30).
  • Nghỉ cố định chiều Thứ 7 và Chủ Nhật.
  • Địa điểm: Tân Bình, HCM.

Lương và Phúc Lợi

  • Thu nhập hấp dẫn: Lên đến 12,000,000 VNĐ (bao gồm lương cứng và thưởng hiệu suất)
  • Lương tháng 13 và 12 ngày phép.
  • Cơ hội tăng lương hàng năm với lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng.
  • Được tham gia đầy đủ các chế độ bảo hiểm: BHXH, BHYT, BHTN.
  • Nhận quà vào các dịp lễ Tết và tham gia các hoạt động team building hàng năm.
  • Được trang bị đầy đủ thiết bị làm việc (máy tính, điện thoại).
  • Được đào tạo nghiệp vụ và kỹ năng trước khi bắt đầu công việc.
