Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, focusing on Fresh Fruit, Reefer, and Cross-Border Products.
  • Manage sales and logistics services for cross-border shipments, including temperature-controlled and perishable goods.
  • Coordinate and plan transportation with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Develop customer-specific logistics solutions and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Utilize an existing customer portfolio to generate gross profit (GP) from the first month of employment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts or agreements with clients, ensuring efficient billing and collections processes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, GP targets, and revenue generation, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, aged 30-45 years.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, including Fresh Fruit, Reefer, and Cross-Border.
  • Must have an existing customer portfolio and be capable of generating gross profit from the first month.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border transportation, international trade regulations, and logistics documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and lead a team effectively.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with CLMV markets (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam) is a plus.
