Office Address: 152 North Sathorn Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand

Interview Process: NSM/CM

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / National Sales & Marketing Manager (NSM)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description

Objective:

To promote and increase awareness, availability, and sales of Over-The-Counter (OTC) healthcare products by engaging with pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare retail outlets across assigned territories in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Promotion & Sales
  1. Promote Company's OTC product portfolio to pharmacists, pharmacy chains, clinics and health stores
  1. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate and influence purchasing decisions.
  1. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined.
  1. Customer Engagement
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacy staff and store managers.
  1. Act as the key contact point for assigned accounts.
  1. Conduct in-store promotions or merchandising activities as required.
  1. Market Coverage & Expansion
  1. Ensure regular visits to assigned outlets across the territory.
  1. Identify new business opportunities and increase product availability in uncovered areas.
  1. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the marketing and sales team.
  1. Reporting & Documentation
  1. Submit daily call reports, route plans, and performance updates to RSM/NSM.
  1. Maintain updated records of client interactions and stock availability.
  1. Collect market insights and relay to head office for strategic planning.
  1. Brand Visibility & POS Materials
  1. Ensure effective placement and visibility of OTC promotional materials.
  1. Coordinate with distributors for timely supply and availability.
  1. Training & Compliance
  1. Attend regular training programs and team meetings.
  1. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Job Specification:

Education:

  1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
  1. Additional marketing/sales training is an advantage.

Experience:

  1. Minimum 2 to 4 years in sales or pharmacy-related OTC product promotion.

Skills:

  1. Strong communication in Thai (spoken & written); English proficiency is a plus.
  1. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
  1. Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  1. Territory and time management ability.
  1. Knowledge of local pharmacy channels and healthcare retail sector.

Personality Traits:

  1. Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  1. Polite, persuasive, and professional demeanor.
  1. Willing to travel extensively within assigned region.
