Work Hour: Mon-Fri at 08:30-17:30

Location: 954/1724 Level 3, The Metropolis Samrong Room, 332 MOO 9 Sukhumvit Rd, Thepharak, Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan 10270, Thailand (BTS Green line and Yellow line: Sampong station) Nationality: Open to all nationalities (Chinese speakers preferred)



  • Trade Operations: Oversee and manage international trade activities, including import/export processes and cross-border. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. Monitor and optimize supply chain performance to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Market Development: Develop and implement strategic trade plans to expand the companys market presence locally and internationally. Identify and develop relationships with new customers, partners, and vendors to grow the business.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the trade operations team to achieve company goals and KPIs. Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Communication & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients and business partners. Prepare regular trade reports, market analyses, and performance updates for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in trade management, logistics, or a similar role. Must have experience in the freight forwarding industry (Air & Ocean) have a customer portfolio in Thailand and be able to generate GP from the first month
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics operations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
  • Languages: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required. Good command of English
  • Other Requirements: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
