Principais Atividades:

  • Apoiar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, incluindo a triagem de currículos, contato com candidatos e agendamento de entrevistas.
  • Participar do processo de integração de novos colaboradores, oferecendo suporte e garantindo um bom acolhimento.
  • Auxiliar no controle de jornada (ponto eletrônico), garantindo a organização e a atualização das informações.
  • Contribuir para a promoção, organização e acompanhamento de eventos corporativos.
  • Apoiar as ações de comunicação interna, colaborando com a elaboração e divulgação de conteúdos.
  • Prestar atendimento aos colaboradores, auxiliando nas demandas gerais do setor.

Requisitos:

  • Estar cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, proatividade, responsabilidade e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em sistemas de RH;
  • Experiência anterior em atividades administrativas ou estágio na área será considerada um diferencial.
