Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Recursos Humanos para fazer parte do nosso time e apoiar as diferentes rotinas da área, tendo a oportunidade de conhecer e desenvolver experiência prática em diversos processos de RH.

Missão do cargo

Apoiar as atividades e processos de Recursos Humanos, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento das rotinas da área e proporcionando suporte aos colaboradores, com foco em Recrutamento e Seleção, benefícios, folha de pagamento e demais atividades administrativas de RH.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Apoiar as rotinas gerais de Recursos Humanos;
  • Auxiliar nos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção;
  • Apoiar a administração de benefícios;
  • Dar suporte às atividades relacionadas à folha de pagamento, em conjunto com a Contabilidade;
  • Organizar e atualizar documentos e informações dos colaboradores;
  • Apoiar controles e atividades administrativas do setor;
  • Prestar suporte aos colaboradores em demandas relacionadas ao RH;
  • Apoiar projetos e demais atividades da área.

O que buscamos

  • Estar cursando Recursos Humanos, Administração, Psicologia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
  • Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Proatividade e vontade de aprender;
  • Responsabilidade e comprometimento;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
