Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar os processos de admissão e integração de novos colaboradores, contribuindo com controles, documentação, sistemas e preparação da jornada de onboarding. Apoiar as movimentações de colaboradores, auxiliando no preenchimento de documentos, controles e encaminhamentos necessários. Prestar atendimento e suporte aos colaboradores, auxiliando em dúvidas relacionadas aos processos e sistemas de RH, como HR Link e Learning Link. Apoiar a atualização de cadastros e informações de colaboradores nos sistemas e ferramentas internas. Apoiar os processos relacionados a atestados e controles de absenteísmo, incluindo atualização das informações nos sistemas e controles aplicáveis. Apoiar atividades administrativas relacionadas a pedidos de compra, notas fiscais e pagamentos da área de RH. Contribuir com ações de comunicação interna, incluindo People News, divulgação de aniversariantes e outras iniciativas direcionadas aos colaboradores. Apoiar os programas de reconhecimento e engajamento, contribuindo com a organização e execução das ações. Auxiliar na organização e atualização de documentos e prontuários de colaboradores, apoiando a qualidade dos registros de RH. Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de controles, checklists e procedimentos de RH, contribuindo para a organização e melhoria contínua dos processos. Participar de iniciativas e projetos do time de RH, tendo oportunidade de conhecer diferentes processos da área e desenvolver uma visão generalista de Recursos Humanos.
