  • Analyse, Design und technische Konzeption innovativer IT-Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt: Banking und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Beratung und technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der fachlichen Ideenfindung
  • Beratung unserer Kunden zum Thema Platform-Ökosysteme, Digitalisierung und den Einsatzmöglichkeiten von KI
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Product Ownern (kundenseitig) und Entwicklern (intern)
  • Erschließen und Evaluieren neuer Technologien
  • Modellieren von Prozessen und deren Dokumentation
  • Modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit Confluence, JIRA, Miro, Slack, Office
  • Beratung unserer Kunden zum Thema Platform-Ökosysteme und Digitalisierung
  • Arbeiten mit interdiziplinären Teams

Was du mitbringst

  • Deutschkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher), Englischkenntnisse (sehr gut)
  • Abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss und/ oder Berufsausbildung (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, aber auch andere denkbar)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business-Analyse, Projektleitung, Product-Owner oder vergleichbare
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrungen im agilen Arbeitsumfeld mit Scrum u.a
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Erheben, Verwalten und Pitchen von Anforderungen
  • Langjährige Erfahrungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Entwicklungsteam
  • Offenheit für den Einsatz moderner Tools, einschließlich KI-gestützter Assistenten, im Arbeitsalltag
  • Die Fähigkeit, unsere Kunden innovativ zu beraten
  • Sehr hohe und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Eine Scrum-Master-Zertifizierung oder Erfahrung in der Rolle ist ein Bonus, kein Muss
  • Teilzeit ist ab 28 Stunden pro Woche möglich
