Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung, Konzeption, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Integrations-, System- und Abnahmetests sowie Regressionstests und Retests.
  • Eigenständige fachliche und technische Prüfung und Abnahme von Anforderungen, User Stories und Entwicklungs-Tickets.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Testfällen, Testplänen und Testausführungen in Xray (Jira) sowie Sicherstellung der Traceability zwischen Anforderungen, Tests, Defects und Ergebnissen.
  • Entwicklung und Pflege automatisierter Tests mit Playwright sowie Durchführung von API- und Schnittstellentests mit Postman.
  • Entwicklung geeigneter Teststrategien und Testkonzepte auf Basis von Anforderungen, Geschäftsprozessen und Risiken.
  • Planung und Steuerung von Testzyklen einschließlich Teststatus, Testreporting und revisionssicherer Dokumentation.
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Fehlern bis zum erfolgreichen Retest; Fehleranalyse mittels DataDog, Logs und SQL-Abfragen.
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung geeigneter Testdaten für komplexe Systemlandschaften, Umsysteme und Schnittstellen.
  • Einbindung automatisierter Tests in CI/CD-Prozesse und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätssicherung.
  • Frühzeitige Bewertung von Testbarkeit und Qualitätsrisiken sowie Definition geeigneter Testabdeckungen und Abschlusskriterien.

Was du mitbringst

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Software Testing, Quality Assurance oder Test Engineering.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISTQB-Testmethodik und des Software-Testlebenszyklus (STLC), insbesondere: Testplanung und -steuerung, Testanalyse und -design, risikobasiertes Testen, Testdurchführung, Regression/Retest, Defect Management, Testabschluss und Reporting.
  • Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse in Playwright sowie Erfahrung mit Postman.
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Xray und Jira.
  • Erfahrung mit DataDog oder vergleichbaren Monitoring-/Log-Management-Lösungen sowie grundlegende SQL-Kenntnisse.
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden wie Scrum oder Kanban und modernen CI/CD-Prozessen.
  • Erfahrung im Test komplexer Geschäftsprozesse, Systemlandschaften und Schnittstellen.
  • Erfahrung mit Traceability, Testmetriken und risikobasierter Testpriorisierung.

Persönliche Anforderungen

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe fachliche und technische Zusammenhänge.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit, auch in teamübergreifenden Themen.
  • Fähigkeit, Qualitätsrisiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und transparent zu kommunizieren.

Qualifikationen Erforderlich:

  • ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Softwaretest

Wünschenswert:

  • ISTQB Advanced Level, z. B. Test Analyst, Technical Test Analyst oder Test Management
  • Erfahrung in Microservice- und Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Wartung automatisierter Testframeworks
