  • Definition und Kommunikation der Produktvision für die SmarTest 8 Test Engineering Umgebung
  • Verantwortung für das Product Backlog sowie die Priorisierung von Features und User Stories
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Applikationsteams, Systemarchitekten und Scrum-Teams zur Ermittlung und Bewertung von Anforderungen
  • Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen und Marktbedürfnissen in umsetzbare Produktanforderungen
  • Abstimmung mit mehreren Entwicklungsteams in einer agilen und SAFe-basierten Organisation
  • Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung von Produktstrategie, Architektur-Roadmaps und Kundenanforderungen
  • Unterstützung der Teams bei der Definition von Produktzielen und Releases
  • Analyse von Nutzungsszenarien und Workflows im Umfeld der Halbleiter-Testentwicklung
  • Bewertung neuer Technologien und deren Potenzial für zukünftige Produktinnovationen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen, Kundenworkshops und Stakeholder-Reviews
  • Definition und Nachverfolgung von Produkt-KPIs und Erfolgskriterien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Produktstrategie
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen im Produktmanagement und Requirements Engineering
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Schulung neuer Anwender sowie interner Teammitglieder
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Entwicklungsteams
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Scrum und agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Erfahrung in der Definition und Priorisierung von Produktanforderungen
  • Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering und Backlog Management
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte zu verstehen und zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Organisationsebenen
  • Gute Kenntnisse moderner Softwareentwicklungsprozesse
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell (Office/Home Office)

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung als Product Owner in einer SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) Organisation
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Halbleitertest, Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) oder Test Engineering
  • Verständnis von SmarTest 8, Testprogrammentwicklung oder verwandten Engineering-Tools
  • Erfahrung mit Epics, Features und Lean Portfolio Management
  • Kenntnisse von Jira, Azure DevOps oder vergleichbaren ALM-Werkzeugen
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und der Ableitung von Produktstrategien
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenanalyse- und Reporting-Tools
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
