Im Software-Architekturteam von SmarTest 8 suchen wir neue Talente, die sich für die Anwendungslogik des Halbleitertests in SmarTest 8 begeistern und die Rolle eines Systemarchitekten in der Anwender-Schicht von SmarTest übernehmen möchten.

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit mehreren engagierten Scrum-Teams zusammen, um den architektonischen Entwicklungspfad (Architectural Runway) für unterschiedliche Themenbereiche zu definieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung großer Softwaresysteme, idealerweise bereits in einer Software-Architekturrolle, besitzen tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Java-Entwicklung und bringen ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten mit, um erfolgreich mit Scrum-Entwicklungsteams und anderen Systemarchitekten zusammenzuarbeiten.

  • Verantwortung für die Systemarchitektur großer Softwarelösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Entwicklungsteams in einem Scrum-basierten Umfeld
  • Enge Abstimmung mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, Kunden, Applikationsteams und Scrum-Teams
  • Mitwirkung in einer SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) Organisation
  • Analyse komplexer technischer Herausforderungen
  • Entwurf und Implementierung von Systemsoftware
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Analyse ihrer Anwendungsszenarien sowie Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Technologieanforderungen
  • Einsatz moderner Werkzeuge und Entwicklungsumgebungen zur Realisierung hochwertiger Softwarefunktionen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten innerhalb eines agilen Teams
  • Aktive Anwendung und Förderung agiler Prinzipien und Methoden
  • Entwicklung von Anwendungssoftware in Java auf leistungsfähigen Linux-Systemen
  • Coaching und Mentoring von Scrum-Teams in Architektur- und Softwareentwicklungsthemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen unter Berücksichtigung aktueller regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B Cyber Security und Cyber Resilience)
  • Schulung und Unterstützung neuer Teammitglieder
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung als Lead Software Developer, idealerweise bereits Erfahrung als Softwarearchitekt
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung großer und komplexer Softwaresysteme
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwarearchitektur von Systemsoftware
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Java oder C++
  • Strukturierte und analytische Vorgehensweise bei Problemstellungen
  • Erfahrung mit komponentenbasierter Softwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit Scrum-basierten Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Interesse an der Arbeit in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Linux/Unix
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis moderner Softwaredesign-Konzepte und Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse objektorientierter Softwareentwicklungsmethoden und Werkzeuge
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und Leidenschaft für exzellente Software
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch
  • Bereitschaft zu einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell (Office/Home Office), insbesondere für Architektur- und Abstimmungsmeetings mit Scrum-Teams

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung mit dem Versionsverwaltungssystem Git
  • Gutes Verständnis von integrierten Schaltungen (ICs) sowie elektronischer Messtechnik
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
