  • Conduct hands-on evaluation of prototype and sub-assembly builds, including thorough performance assessments
  • Perform thermal testing and validation to ensure compliance with design specifications and performance requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of designs, analyses, and test results
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations governing refrigeration systems
  • Partner with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and field service teams to establish component specifications and support vendor/supplier qualification
  • Identify risk areas and opportunities for design optimization
  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers on select refrigeration-related issues
  • Provide hands-on support during product installation and commissioning at customer sites, and serve as a technical resource for field service teams
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements, Education & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in refrigeration system design
  • Demonstrated experience with vapor compression cycle analysis and hands-on design of condensing units and/or chillers
  • Expertise in liquid- and refrigerant-based thermal systems

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
