Buscamos incorporar al equipo de Tecnología de Advice, una persona con experiencia en operaciones TI, fuertemente orientada a la ejecución y con capacidad para asumir con autonomía la gestión de diferentes temas, servicios, proveedores y recursos tecnológicos de la compañía. Principales responsabilidades Gestionar proveedores y servicios tecnológicos, realizando seguimiento de solicitudes, cotizaciones, compras, renovaciones y necesidades del área. Administrar licencias, suscripciones, activos y recursos tecnológicos de la compañía, asegurando que la información correspondiente se encuentre actualizada y correctamente gestionada. Coordinar adquisiciones de equipamiento y otros recursos tecnológicos necesarios para la operación. Realizar el seguimiento administrativo de las compras del área, órdenes de compra y pago, conciliaciones y distribución de consumos o servicios. Coordinar pequeños proyectos e implementaciones tecnológicas junto con otras áreas de la compañía y proveedores externos. Dar seguimiento a tareas y proyectos hasta su resolución, identificando desvíos, dependencias y necesidades de escalamiento. Colaborar en la administración y operación de las diferentes plataformas y servicios tecnológicos de Advice. Brindar soporte a usuarios y participar en la resolución y seguimiento de incidentes y requerimientos tecnológicos. La posición reportará directamente a la Gerencia de Tecnología y Seguridad de la Información y trabajará de forma complementaria con el Analista Senior de Soporte e Infraestructura TI. Requirements Buscamos una persona con experiencia previa en áreas de Tecnología, Sistemas, Operaciones TI o Soporte, preferentemente en entornos corporativos. Se valorará formación técnica o terciaria en Sistemas, Infraestructura, Tecnología de la Información o carreras relacionadas. Además, será deseable contar con conocimientos en: Entornos Windows y soporte a usuarios. Microsoft 365. Microsoft Entra ID y conceptos generales de Microsoft Azure. Active Directory y servicios de infraestructura Microsoft. Virtualización, preferentemente VMware. Soluciones Fortinet y conceptos generales de seguridad perimetral y redes. Plataformas de backup, preferentemente Veeam. Conceptos generales de redes, infraestructura y seguridad de endpoints. Gestión de activos, licenciamiento y servicios tecnológicos. Gestión y coordinación con proveedores tecnológicos. No se requiere especialización avanzada en todas estas tecnologías, pero sí una buena base técnica, criterio y capacidad para investigar, resolver y escalar cuando sea necesario. Competencias personales requeridas: Buscamos una persona proactiva y resolutiva, con fuerte orientación a la ejecución y a resultados. Con autonomía para asumir los temas asignados y llevarlos hasta su cierre, capacidad para priorizar y manejar varios asuntos simultáneamente. Organizada y detallista, pero práctica y con buen ritmo de trabajo. Con buena comunicación y orientación de servicio. Con capacidad para relacionarse y coordinar con proveedores, usuarios y otras áreas de la compañía. Con criterio para resolver de forma autónoma y reconocer cuándo corresponde escalar. Con interés por aprender y adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y herramientas. Benefits Modalidad híbrida. Durante los primeros dos meses, la presencialidad será de tres días por semana: lunes, jueves y viernes, para facilitar la integración y el trabajo con el equipo.
