Seleccionamos para empresa representante de compañía líder en hotelería con propiedades de lujo en diferentes destinos turísticos globales, cada uno con personalidad y autenticidad. (Hard Rock, AVA, UNICO, Nobu, Eden Roc). La persona seleccionada se encargará de brindar un servicio personalizado de venta y post-venta, a los clientes Legendary Deluxe, con el objetivo culminar con su proceso de reserva de hotel. Dentro de sus principales responsabilidades, se encuentra el objetivo de convertir cada interacción inicial en una venta concreta. Para lograrlo, deberá conocer en profundidad el perfil de cada cliente así como los diferentes productos y servicios más adecuados para ofrecer en cada caso. Asimismo, deberá verificar la disponibilidad de ocupación y asegurar el seguimiento a través de correo electrónico, chat y llamadas telefónicas, velando por una atención de calidad a los socios mediante canales inbound/outbound. Se encargará de resolver todas las dudas e inquietudes relacionadas a sus reservaciones, con asistencia en tiempo real. Deberá alcanzar metas y cumplimiento al scorecard, así como responder al seguimiento de asignaciones por casos Buy out. Requisitos Es requisito indispensable contar con al menos 1 año de experiencia previa en áreas de ventas y/o reservas turísticas, deseable en Club Vacacional o Time Share. Será indispensable contar con nivel avanzado del idioma inglés (oral y escrito) y es deseable poseer nivel intermedio de portugués. Asimismo, es necesario contar con disponibilidad de trabajo 100% presencial en WTC en jornada de 44hs semanales. Finalmente, es indispensable contar con capacidad de venta, junto con un buen manejo de técnicas de convencimiento y negociación. También, un fuerte sentido de integridad, habilidades de persuasión, orientación a la calidad, sentido de oportunidad, planificación y organización, son competencias clave. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
