ANDRITZ es la compañía líder global en el suministro de plantas, equipos, sistemas y servicios para la industria. Seleccionamos para el Área de Mantenimiento & Performance - Paso de los Toros. El objetivo de la posición es contribuir a la confiabilidad de los equipos mediante la ejecución de inspecciones, análisis de información técnica y participación en la mejora continua de los procesos de mantenimiento. La persona seleccionada será responsable por: Planificar y ejecutar, los planes y procedimientos de lubricación de los equipos e instalaciones, así como tareas de mantenimiento del sector, en forma segura y respetando al medio ambiente, optimizando el uso de recursos. Ejecutar inspecciones preventivas, siguiendo procedimientos establecidos. Analizar información técnica y detectar anomalías en los equipos productivos de planta. Efectuar recomendaciones de reparaciones o mejoras. Colaborar en la identificación de causas raíz de fallas y en la mejora de los planes de mantenimiento. Gestionar información y reportes en sistemas de mantenimiento (CMMS). Realizar análisis de riesgos (AST) y gestionar permisos de trabajo cuando corresponda. Cumplir y promover las normas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (SSMA), reportando incidentes y no conformidades. Requisitos Orientamos la búsqueda hacia Tecnólogos o Técnicos Mecánicos/ Industriales, con experiencia o interés en el área de confiabilidad, lubricación y mantenimiento industrial. Se valorará la capacidad de análisis, orientación a resultados, trabajo en equipo y compromiso con la seguridad. Es requisito contar con disponibilidad para radicarse en Paso de los Toros o zona de influencia. Se ofrece formar parte de un equipo técnico de alto nivel en un entorno industrial desafiante, con oportunidades de desarrollo y aprendizaje continuo. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
