La empresa desarrolla proyectos de construcción propios de diversa envergadura bajo el sistema turn key, que abarca desde viviendas hasta grandes desarrollos hoteleros en Barbados. Buscamos incorporar un/a Arquitecto/a Coordinador/a con enfoque en Interiorismo, quien tendrá como principal responsabilidad coordinar y supervisar el desarrollo arquitectónico y de interiorismo de los proyectos, asegurando la integración entre diseño, documentación técnica, presupuesto y ejecución de obra. La posición tendrá participación activa en las distintas etapas del proyecto, desde la definición de criterios de diseño y layouts hasta la selección de materiales y terminaciones, coordinación con consultores, proveedores y contratistas, control de muestras y seguimiento de obra. Asimismo, será responsable de velar por la calidad, los costos y los plazos definidos para cada proyecto. Principales responsabilidades: Coordinar proyectos entre equipos de diseño, proyectistas, consultores, ingenierías, proveedores y obra. Participar en la definición de criterios de interiorismo, layouts, iluminación, materiales, revestimientos, mobiliario y equipamiento. Preparar y coordinar planos, detalles constructivos, especificaciones y documentación técnica. Investigar, seleccionar y documentar materiales y acabados, gestionando muestras y mock-ups. Coordinar proveedores y contratistas vinculados a terminaciones, iluminación, mobiliario y equipamiento. Realizar seguimiento de obra y control de calidad de terminaciones y soluciones de diseño. Elaborar y/o revisar cómputos métricos y brindar soporte técnico para presupuestos, compras y contrataciones. Evaluar alternativas y soluciones constructivas orientadas a la optimización de costos. Realizar seguimiento de cronogramas de diseño, documentación, materiales, compras y obra. Requisitos Enfocamos la búsqueda en profesionales egresados de la carrera de Arquitectura. Nos orientamos a personas con experiencia profesional de 3 a 5 años en proyectos residenciales, hospitality, comerciales o desarrollos inmobiliarios de mediana/alta escala. Se valorará contar con un sólido dominio de AutoCAD y herramientas de representación y documentación arquitectónica Capacidad para interpretar y producir planos, detalles, especificaciones, planillas de terminaciones y cómputos. Experiencia en finish schedules, paquetes de materiales, submittals, muestras y mock-ups. Conocimiento de materiales, revestimientos, iluminación, mobiliario y equipamiento. Se valorará contar con una red de proveedores locales y/o internacionales y conocimiento de disponibilidad, costos y plazos de entrega. Imprescindible contar con manejo avanzado del idioma inglés. Deberá contar con disponibilidad para radicarse en Barbados por al menos dos años.
