Seleccionamos para BrasPine, empresa brasileña líder en transformación de la madera, que se encuentra construyendo su nueva planta industrial en Rivera. Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a profesional con sólida experiencia en liderar la estrategia y ejecución de iniciativas de Capacitación y Desarrollo en Uruguay, asegurando la formación técnica, comportamental, de seguridad y calidad necesaria para la operación. Será responsable de estructurar matrices de capacitación, itinerarios formativos, multiplicadores, registros e indicadores comunes para las unidades de Rivera y Canelones, con especial prioridad en la calificación a escala requerida por el Proyecto Océano. Responsabilidades principales: Diseñar y ejecutar el plan maestro de capacitación del Proyecto Océano, incluyendo la preparación de cientos de profesionales y la gestión de la carga de capacitación prevista para la etapa de crecimiento y puesta en marcha (rampa) del proyecto. Construir y mantener matrices de capacitación por función, riesgo, equipamiento, proceso y nivel de dominio, contemplando aspectos de seguridad, calidad, operación y liderazgo. Coordinar capacitaciones de integración, onboarding, actualizaciones y reciclajes, habilitaciones y formación de multiplicadores internos. Articular alianzas con instituciones educativas, organismos locales y proveedores técnicos, con el objetivo de ampliar la capacidad, calidad y velocidad de formación. Estandarizar metodologías y contenidos entre Rivera y Canelones, aprovechando los aprendizajes de la unidad existente y evitando duplicidades en el desarrollo de contenidos y programas. Estructurar academias, itinerarios formativos y criterios de progresión para posiciones operativas, técnicas y de liderazgo, vinculando el aprendizaje con el nivel de preparación requerido para desempeñar cada función. Garantizar los registros, evidencias, vigencia, trazabilidad y cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, auditorías, normas internas y riesgos críticos asociados a la capacitación. Monitorear indicadores de asistencia, finalización, eficacia, curva de aprendizaje, productividad posterior a la capacitación, retrabajos, seguridad y calidad. Preparar a líderes y multiplicadores para la conducción del aprendizaje en el puesto de trabajo, la realización de feedback, la evaluación práctica y el sostenimiento de los estándares. Gestionar el presupuesto, los recursos, la agenda, la infraestructura de capacitación y las prioridades entre ambas unidades, respondiendo con agilidad ante eventuales brechas o cuellos de botella de capacitación. Requisitos Formación universitaria en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de 4 años en áreas de Recursos Humanos, con experiencia en Capacitación y Desarrollo, Formación o áreas vinculadas. Experiencia en diseño, implementación y gestión de planes y programas de capacitación. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en entornos industriales, operaciones de gran escala o procesos de crecimiento y puesta en marcha. Experiencia en gestión de matrices de capacitación, indicadores y seguimiento de resultados. Capacidad para coordinar múltiples iniciativas y trabajar transversalmente con diferentes áreas y niveles de la organización. Muy buenas habilidades de planificación, organización, comunicación y relacionamiento interpersonal. Orientación a resultados y capacidad para desenvolverse en contextos dinámicos y de alta exigencia.
