Seleccionamos para BrasPine, empresa brasileña líder en transformación de la madera, que se encuentra construyendo su nueva planta industrial en Rivera. Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a Mecánico/a para incorporarse al Área Técnica, con responsabilidad directa sobre la planificación, coordinación y supervisión de sistemas e instalaciones mecánicas en obras e industrias. La posición tendrá a su cargo garantizar que el montaje de máquinas, equipos, tuberías y estructuras se realice de acuerdo con los proyectos ejecutivos, las normas técnicas aplicables y los estándares de calidad y seguridad. El rol requiere una fuerte presencia en obra, capacidad de coordinación de equipos y un enfoque riguroso en el control técnico y operativo de las instalaciones. Principales responsabilidades: Planificar y coordinar las actividades de montaje y mantenimiento mecánico, supervisando equipos de mecánicos, cañistas/fontaneros y soldadores, con foco en la seguridad y las buenas prácticas de instalación. Garantizar que la instalación de máquinas y equipos industriales (bombas, estructuras metálicas, reductores, transportadores, entre otros) se ejecute conforme al proyecto ejecutivo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las ejecuciones con las memorias descriptivas y especificaciones técnicas. Elaborar, gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de cronogramas físico-financieros de los proyectos. Realizar el relevamiento, la solicitud y el control de materiales y equipos en el sitio de obra. Planificar la logística de instalación, promoviendo el uso eficiente y económico de materiales y recursos. Inspeccionar la calidad de los trabajos ejecutados y verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas instalados. Participar en inspecciones, mediciones y procesos de aprobación junto a la fiscalización del proyecto. Elaborar informes técnicos, reportes fotográficos e indicadores de desempeño. Analizar y validar proyectos complementarios y emitir dictámenes de conformidad. Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica y los planos conforme a obra (as-built). Requisitos Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica. Sólida capacidad para la lectura e interpretación de diseños técnicos, proyectos mecánicos y P&ID (diagramas de tuberías e instrumentación). Dominio de herramientas de diseño como AutoCAD (2D y 3D); se valorará el manejo de SolidWorks. Experiencia mínima comprobable de 5 años, con perfil senior, en empresas de igual o mayor porte y en proyectos industriales. Dominio de inglés técnico en nivel avanzado. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en obras industriales de gran porte, la capacidad de liderazgo en campo y una fuerte orientación a la calidad, la seguridad y el cumplimiento de plazos.
