Seleccionamos para Campiglia Construcciones un/a profesional para liderar la gestión comercial y el desarrollo de negocios de la compañía, reportando a la Gerencia General y Dirección. Campiglia Construcciones es una empresa familiar uruguaya con 47 años de trayectoria en el desarrollo, construcción y comercialización de proyectos inmobiliarios. Se caracteriza por su solidez, calidad de ejecución y visión de largo plazo, integrando distintas etapas del negocio y construyendo relaciones de confianza con clientes e inversores. La posición tendrá como principal desafío liderar y coordinar la gestión comercial de la compañía, impulsando la venta de los proyectos, la captación de nuevos clientes y el desarrollo de relaciones de largo plazo con compradores e inversores. Asimismo, tendrá un rol clave en la profesionalización y sistematización de la gestión comercial, aportando visión de mercado, seguimiento de indicadores y propuestas para la toma de decisiones. Trabajará de forma transversal con la Dirección, Gerencia General y las distintas áreas de la compañía. Principales responsabilidades: Contribuir a la definición y ejecución de la estrategia comercial y de desarrollo de negocios para proyectos actuales y futuros. Analizar el mercado inmobiliario uruguayo, la competencia, demanda, precios, tendencias y perfiles de compradores e inversores. Diseñar propuestas comerciales, políticas de precios, promociones y acciones de venta. Coordinar y acompañar el proceso integral de ventas, desde la prospección hasta la negociación y cierre. Liderar, acompañar y desarrollar al equipo comercial interno, promoviendo buenas prácticas y mejora continua. Gestionar la relación con agentes, inmobiliarias, aliados comerciales, clientes clave e inversores. Monitorear indicadores comerciales y elaborar reportes para la Gerencia General y Dirección. Participar en acciones de marketing, comunicación y generación de demanda, aportando información del mercado y de los clientes. Aportar inteligencia comercial para la conceptualización y validación de nuevos proyectos. Requisitos El candidato deberá contar con formación universitaria completa en Administración, Marketing, Comunicación, Negocios, Arquitectura, Ingeniería o carreras afines. Deberá acreditar una experiencia mínima de cinco años en posiciones comerciales, preferentemente en real estate, construcción o negocios de venta consultiva. Experiencia en posiciones de coordinación, liderazgo o responsabilidad sobre resultados comerciales. Experiencia comprobable en coordinación, supervisión o desarrollo de equipos comerciales. Se valorará experiencia en venta de inmuebles o inversiones inmobiliarias. Se valorará experiencia vinculada a marketing, comunicación comercial y generación de demanda. Manejo de CRM y herramientas de análisis comercial. Conocimiento del mercado inmobiliario uruguayo. Competencias Buscamos una persona con visión estratégica y de negocio, liderazgo, orientación a resultados, capacidad de negociación, visión comercial y de mercado, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar transversalmente con diferentes áreas de la organización.
