Importante institución educativa se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a profesional para incorporarse a su equipo de Educación Primaria. La persona seleccionada tendrá como principal desafío acompañar y fortalecer la gestión pedagógica del nivel, promoviendo la calidad académica, la articulación entre los equipos docentes y la implementación de los lineamientos institucionales. Será responsable de acompañar y supervisar la planificación, implementación y evaluación de las prácticas pedagógicas, así como de coordinar el trabajo del equipo docente, promoviendo la colaboración, el intercambio profesional y la mejora continua. También tendrá a su cargo la coordinación de aspectos organizativos vinculados al nivel, incluyendo horarios, cronogramas y actividades, trabajando de manera articulada con otras áreas de la institución. Participará en reuniones institucionales, jornadas de planificación y espacios de intercambio con docentes y familias, procurando favorecer la continuidad y coherencia del proceso educativo. A su vez, colaborará con la Dirección en la planificación académica, el desarrollo de recursos pedagógicos y la gestión del equipo docente. Se desarrollará en Carrasco. Requirements Orientamos la búsqueda a profesionales con título de Maestro/a y al menos 2 años de experiencia en posiciones de coordinación académica, liderazgo o supervisión de equipos docentes. Se requiere contar con capacidad de liderazgo pedagógico, sólidas habilidades de organización y planificación, comunicación efectiva y facilidad para el trabajo colaborativo. Será especialmente valorada la capacidad para articular diferentes actores y áreas, orientar los procesos hacia resultados y mantener una visión integral y estratégica de la gestión educativa. Asimismo, se valorará especialmente contar con formación de posgrado o maestría en Educación o áreas afines. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
