Seleccionamos para Dentons Jiménez de Aréchaga, firma líder en servicios legales en Uruguay. El estudio brinda asesoramiento jurídico integral a empresas nacionales e internacionales, destacándose por su excelencia técnica, visión estratégica y altos estándares profesionales. La persona seleccionada se encargará de las siguientes responsabilidades: Colaborar en el desarrollo del área contable/fiscal del estudio desde una perspectiva estratégica, comercial y operativa. Diseñar, estructurar e implementar procesos, metodologías y procedimientos acordes a los estándares de excelencia de la firma. Brindar asesoramiento contable y tributario a clientes corporativos e individuos, nacionales e internacionales. Trabajar de manera coordinada con las distintas áreas legales del estudio, generando soluciones integrales para los clientes. Desarrollar propuestas de valor que complementen los servicios jurídicos y contables actuales del estudio. Brindar asesoramiento para la implementación de herramientas de control, reporting y gestión financiera. Participar en el análisis de estructuras societarias, planificación fiscal y cumplimiento normativo. Mantener una actualización permanente respecto a normativa contable, tributaria y regulatoria vigente. Contribuir a la consolidación del área dentro de la organización. La posición tendrá un rol estratégico y fundacional dentro de la firma, siendo referente del área contable y participando activamente en su desarrollo. Requisitos La búsqueda se orienta a profesionales egresados/as de la carrera de Ciencias Económicas. Se valorará contar con sólida formación en temas contables y de Tributación, finanzas corporativas, compliance, auditoría, planeamiento fiscal, normativa internacional y estructuras corporativas. Se requiere de un dominio de idioma inglés, nivel avanzado. Apostamos a profesionales con experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en estudios contables, consultoras o firmas de servicios profesionales, desarrollando tareas de asesoramiento contable y tributario a empresas nacionales e internacionales. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia trabajando con clientes corporativos, estructuras societarias complejas y entornos de alta exigencia profesional. Será altamente valorado contar con experiencia previa liderando procesos, desarrollando nuevas áreas o participando en proyectos de construcción organizacional.
