Buscamos un/a Director/a de Operaciones de Tecnología para liderar la construcción y consolidación del núcleo tecnológico de una organización en expansión regional, con base en Montevideo. El desafío implica desarrollar desde cero una estructura tecnológica centralizada que integre infraestructura cloud, soporte técnico y desarrollo de producto, estableciendo estándares de arquitectura, operación y seguridad que acompañen el crecimiento del negocio. Principales responsabilidades: Diseñar y liderar la estrategia tecnológica y la arquitectura objetivo de la organización. Auditar, optimizar y centralizar la operación de la infraestructura cloud, gestionando arquitectura, seguridad, costos, monitoreo y continuidad operativa. Diseñar e implementar modelos de gobierno cloud y FinOps, junto con políticas de disponibilidad, recuperación ante desastres y continuidad del negocio. Construir y liderar el equipo tecnológico en Uruguay, incorporando progresivamente capacidades de cloud, soporte y desarrollo. Diseñar el modelo de soporte técnico, estableciendo niveles de atención, SLAs, herramientas de ticketing, protocolos de escalamiento y bases de conocimiento. Consolidar estándares de arquitectura y prácticas de ingeniería para el desarrollo de producto, incluyendo CI/CD, calidad y revisión de código. Definir y gestionar el roadmap tecnológico y de producto en conjunto con el liderazgo del negocio. Coordinar con equipos comerciales y corporativos distribuidos regionalmente, articulando necesidades y prioridades entre las distintas áreas. Gestionar presupuesto tecnológico y relaciones estratégicas con proveedores, particularmente de infraestructura cloud. Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y requisitos regulatorios aplicables al manejo de datos financieros y crediticios. Requisitos Buscamos profesionales con 8 a 15+ años de experiencia en tecnología, incluyendo al menos 4-5 años en posiciones de liderazgo como Director/a, VP, CTO o similares, con trayectoria en la construcción y conducción de equipos tecnológicos. Será fundamental contar con experiencia liderando infraestructura cloud en AWS, Azure o GCP, incluyendo migraciones o consolidaciones, así como sólidos conocimientos de Terraform, Kubernetes, redes, IAM, cifrado y seguridad de la información. Se requiere experiencia en la creación y gestión de equipos de soporte técnico, incluyendo definición de procesos, SLAs, ticketing y metodologías ITIL. También será clave contar con trayectoria en arquitectura de software o liderazgo técnico de productos, preferentemente en empresas fintech, SaaS B2B, software financiero o vinculadas a gestión de crédito. Se valorará experiencia liderando hubs u operaciones tecnológicas regionales o modelos de shared services, así como gestión de presupuestos tecnológicos y negociación con proveedores cloud a nivel empresarial. Buscamos un perfil con marcada capacidad para construir desde cero, autonomía, iniciativa y orientación a la acción, capaz de desenvolverse en contextos de alta ambigüedad y crecimiento. Será esencial contar con visión técnico-estratégica, comprensión del negocio financiero y capacidad para gestionar stakeholders distribuidos en diferentes países. Será imprescindible contar con idioma inglés fluido. Portugués será considerado un diferencial.
