Seleccionamos para empresa líder de consumo masivo: Ejecutivo/a de Shopper Experience La persona seleccionada será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias centradas en el comprador, con el objetivo de mejorar su experiencia durante todo el recorrido de compra. Esto incluye la planificación de activaciones en el punto de venta, la gestión de materiales de visibilidad, la coordinación con equipos comerciales, para optimizar la ejecución en los distintos canales. Algunas de las tareas serán: Recopilación de solicitudes equipo comercial y gestión E2E de las diversas necesidades en punto de venta. Coordinación con agencia creativa para la producción de materiales: solicitud y aprobación de presupuestos, solicitud de órdenes de compra a la encargada administrativa, validar y aprobar plazos de entrega de muestras, seguimiento del proceso hasta entrega de materiales finales. Seguimiento de cada proyecto para garantizar cumplir con los tiempos de entrega comprometidos de cada material. Asegurar que todas las partes involucradas estén al tanto de las fechas comprometidas. Coordinación de la distribución de materiales de visibilidad y asegurar la perfecta ejecución en punto de venta. Manejo de presupuestos, supervisión del inventario de depósito, armado de paquetes de materiales para envío a puntos de ventas, coordinación con Trade y campo, entre otras tareas inherentes al cargo. Requisitos Buscamos personas egresadas de carreras como Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad con experiencia de al menos 5 años en posiciones de Marketing, en agencias que prestan servicio a Marketing, BTL o en servicios relacionados. Se requiere un manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, cruces de información entre distintas tablas). Orientamos la búsqueda a personas ordenadas, meticulosas y con capacidad de planificación. Además, con excelentes habilidades de multi-tasking y capacidad de negociación, comunicación clara y asertiva con proveedores, agencias y clientes internos. El cargo requiere disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes en horario completo. La persona trabajará en las oficinas en WTC y, además, deberá visitar semanalmente oficinas ubicadas en el Polo Logístico, debiendo tener movilidad propia. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
