Seleccionamos Ejecutivo Comercial para una empresa vinculada al sector logístico y de servicios, que brinda soluciones operativas y de coordinación para distintos actores de la cadena de suministro, con foco en la eficiencia de los procesos y el soporte a las operaciones. El Ejecutivo Comercial será responsable de impulsar el desarrollo comercial del área, promoviendo los servicios asociados y generando nuevas oportunidades de negocio. La posición tendrá un rol activo en la prospección y contacto con empresas potenciales, comprendiendo sus necesidades y brindando asesoramiento sobre las soluciones y servicios disponibles. Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentra la identificación y generación de leads comerciales, el desarrollo de relaciones con empresas y el acompañamiento durante las distintas etapas del proceso comercial. Asimismo, participará en la preparación y seguimiento de propuestas y procesos de licitación vinculados a servicios logísticos y de comercio exterior. La posición implica también una interacción permanente con distintos actores del ecosistema de comercio exterior, como operadores logísticos, despachantes de aduana, agentes de carga y asesores especializados, con el objetivo de facilitar la articulación de servicios y contribuir al desarrollo de nuevas operaciones. De esta forma, el rol combina una fuerte orientación comercial con la capacidad de comprender el funcionamiento del sistema de comercio exterior y asesorar a potenciales clientes. Requisitos Se requiere formación terciaria o universitaria en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. Se valorarán cursos o especializaciones vinculadas a comercio exterior, logística internacional o gestión comercial. Se solicita experiencia previa en posiciones comerciales vinculadas a servicios logísticos, comercio exterior o negocios asociados a operaciones. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en desarrollo de negocios dentro del ecosistema de comercio exterior, así como el conocimiento de su dinámica y de los distintos actores que intervienen (operadores logísticos, despachantes de aduana, agentes de carga, asesores, entre otros). Asimismo, es importante contar con experiencia en la participación y seguimiento de procesos de licitación y en la gestión comercial orientada a la generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio Se valorará contar con conocimiento general del funcionamiento del comercio exterior y de los distintos actores que intervienen, así como manejo de conceptos vinculados a logística internacional, normativa aduanera y operativa portuaria. Se requiere dominio avanzado/fluido de inglés y buen manejo de herramientas informáticas. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en el uso de sistemas de gestión comercial o CRM y la capacidad para elaborar presentaciones de calidad en PowerPoint. Se busca un perfil proactivo, con orientación a resultados y capacidad para desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, buenas habilidades comerciales y de negociación, capacidad de relacionamiento y networking, buena comunicación, organización y capacidad para gestionar múltiples oportunidades comerciales en simultáneo.
