Seleccionamos para Soho. Nos encontraremos en la búsqueda de un/a Encargado/a de Salón de Ventas para liderar el equipo comercial de una reconocida empresa del rubro decoración y hogar. La persona que se incorpore será responsable de brindar una experiencia de compra cálida, inspiradora y personalizada. Liderará, motivará y coordinará al equipo de ventas, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y orientado al cumplimiento de objetivos. Asegurará una atención cercana y de excelencia, acompañando al cliente durante toda su experiencia de compra. Realizará seguimientos individuales y brindará acompañamiento continuo al equipo, impulsando su desarrollo y desempeño. Promoverá el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales mediante una comunicación clara y efectiva. Velará por el orden, la estética y la correcta exhibición de los productos en el salón de ventas. Supervisará el abastecimiento, el surtido y el control de inventario del local. Detectará oportunidades de mejora y trabajará junto a las distintas áreas para optimizar los procesos. Garantizará el cumplimiento de las normas de funcionamiento, orden y seguridad del local. Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes de 10:00 a 19:00 horas y sábados 4 horas en zona Aeropuerto. Requisitos Buscamos personas con Bachillerato completo y una experiencia mínima de 2 años liderando equipos comerciales o de atención al cliente. Manejará herramientas digitales a nivel intermedio. Será valorada la formación técnica o terciaria en Diseño, Decoración, Retail, Comunicación o carreras afines. Experiencia en empresas o marcas vinculadas a decoración, mobiliario, diseño o rubros relacionados. Conocimientos en herramientas de facturación y sistemas CRM. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
