The posting

Buscamos para Essen, empresa dedicada a la venta directa. La persona seleccionada brindará soporte administrativo y operativo al equipo comercial, realizando el seguimiento de pedidos y clientes, y colaborando en la gestión diaria de las operaciones comerciales. Será responsable de atender consultas de clientes y emprendedoras a través de distintos canales de comunicación, como teléfono, WhatsApp y correo electrónico. Asimismo, gestionará los procesos de postventa, incluyendo reclamos, cambios, garantías y devoluciones, procurando brindar una atención ágil y eficiente. También realizará el seguimiento de los pedidos hasta su entrega, coordinando con el equipo de Logística para asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos. Además, mantendrá actualizada la información de clientes, pedidos y reclamos en los sistemas de gestión correspondientes, y colaborará en la elaboración de reportes de ventas y postventa. Requisitos Buscamos personas con formación en Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. Es excluyente contar con más de 3 años de experiencia laboral en tareas similares, incluyendo atención al cliente y gestión de postventa en equipos comerciales. Se requiere buen manejo de herramientas informáticas, correo electrónico y Excel, así como experiencia en el uso de CRM o planillas de gestión. La persona deberá contar con buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización, orientación al cliente y a resultados, capacidad para resolver problemas y disposición para el trabajo en equipo. Buscamos un perfil proactivo, organizado, con buena presencia y capacidad para gestionar consultas y resolver situaciones de manera eficiente. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
