Seleccionamos Responsable de Infraestructura para Estancias del Lago, complejo agroindustrial sostenible para la producción de lácteos, ubicada en el centro del país. La persona seleccionada será referente local de IT, con radicación en Durazno, para asegurar la continuidad operativa, disponibilidad, soporte y evolución controlada de la infraestructura tecnológica de la empresa. Se reportará matricialmente al Corporativo de IT y en forma local, al Gerente de Administración y Finanzas. El objetivo de la posición es coordinar la operación diaria la de infraestructura local, priorizando incidentes, requerimientos y mantenimientos; en constante comunicación con áreas internas de la empresa como Sistemas Global, Mesa de Ayuda, proveedores y áreas internas. Estará encargada de supervisar a los 2 técnicos locales asegurando la resolución de incidentes que afecten la operación de la infraestructura, servicios, conectividad, servidores, backups, almacenamiento, monitoreo, impresoras, puestos de trabajo y comunicaciones. Será responsable de confeccionar el presupuesto del área acorde a lineamientos del sector y mantener actualizado el inventario de hardware, licencias, líneas, enlaces, garantías, contratos y proveedores; respetando los procesos internos y restricciones presupuestales. Asimismo, deberá identificar riesgos recurrentes, proponer mejoras ejecutables, coordinar mantenimientos preventivos, revisar alarmas, documentar configuraciones y reducir dependencia de conocimiento informal. Requisitos Enfocamos la búsqueda a profesionales egresados/as o avanzamos en la carrera de Tecnicatura, Tecnólogo, Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Computación o carreras afines. La posición requiere de una experiencia mínima de 3 años en soporte y administración de infraestructura en servicios críticos, idealmente en empresas de gran porte y con varias sedes. Es necesario tener sólido manejo de entorno Microsoft corporativo, con experiencia práctica en Active Directory, usuarios/grupos, permisos, DNS, GPO básicas, servidores Windows y/o LINUX y Microsoft 365/O365. Es crucial contar con excelentes habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva, organización y autonomía responsable para reconocer áreas afectadas y priorizar incidentes operativos con método de diagnóstico, en base a los recursos disponibles. A nivel técnico, la persona seleccionada deberá poder diagnosticar fallas de conectividad siguiendo método (switches, wi-fi, VLAN, cableado, etc.), realizar backups y recuperaciones (Veeam o equivalentes), virtualización y servidores (VMware, Hyper-V, snapshots, datastores, etc.) y herramientas de monitoreo (Zabbix, Nagios, etc.) y CMDB/inventario, trabajando con alertas, SLAs internos y evidencias. Será valorado contar con conocimientos de seguridad informática básica (antivirus/EDR, MFA, hardening elemental, distribución de patches de Microsoft, etc.) y firewallsing y VPN a nivel operativo, así como inglés técnico. Finalmente, para el desempeño del rol es necesario contar con carné de conducir vigente, disponibilidad para trasladarse a las instalaciones del complejo.
