The posting

Buscamos para Frigorífico Las Piedras. La persona seleccionada se incorporará al equipo de Ingeniería de Planta, trabajando en estrecha coordinación con la Gerencia del área y brindando soporte al funcionamiento operativo de la planta. Será responsable de apoyar al sector de Mantenimiento y Oficina Técnica, participando en la gestión y resolución de las necesidades que surjan en planta y contribuyendo a optimizar el rendimiento de equipos industriales de última generación. Asimismo, tendrá la oportunidad de desarrollar y participar en proyectos de ingeniería orientados a la mejora y desarrollo tecnológico de la planta, aportando soluciones que contribuyan a optimizar los procesos y el funcionamiento de los equipos. La posición tendrá una participación activa en el área de Mantenimiento, trabajando en conjunto con los responsables y equipos técnicos, e integrándose a una organización sólida y en constante crecimiento tecnológico. Requisitos Buscamos personas egresadas o próximas a recibirse de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o Eléctrica. Será valorado contar con experiencia comprobable en posiciones vinculadas a Ingeniería, Mantenimiento y/o Oficina Técnica. Será especialmente valorada la experiencia desarrollada en entornos industriales, con participación en la gestión operativa de mantenimiento, optimización de equipos y procesos, análisis y resolución de problemas técnicos y/o desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de ingeniería. Se valorará contar con experiencia en el seguimiento y mejora del funcionamiento de equipos industriales, participación en proyectos de mejora tecnológica y coordinación o interacción con equipos de mantenimiento y otras áreas técnicas. Será requisito contar con buen dominio del idioma inglés. Se valorarán conocimientos específicos en automatismos y excluyente el manejo de herramientas de diseño, particularmente AutoCAD. Buscamos una persona con excelente capacidad de comunicación, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y facilidad para integrarse a una organización sólida, dinámica y en constante crecimiento tecnológico.
