Seleccionamos para reconocida organización líder en su rubro, con importante trayectoria y posicionamiento en el mercado. Brindará soporte integral a las diferentes áreas de la organización en la gestión de personas, actuando como socio estratégico del negocio y promoviendo la implementación de las políticas y procesos de Recursos Humanos. Será responsable de gestionar de forma integral iniciativas vinculadas tanto a procesos hard como soft, contribuyendo al desarrollo del talento y la experiencia de los colaboradores. Sus principales responsabilidades se engloban en: • Actuar como referente de Recursos Humanos para las distintas áreas de la organización, asesorando a líderes y colaboradores en temas vinculados a la gestión de personas. • Gestionar los procesos de administración de personal, asegurando el correcto cumplimiento de la normativa laboral y de las políticas internas. • Coordinar el proceso de liquidación de haberes realizando controles e incidencias. • Gestionar ingresos, egresos, contratos, certificaciones, licencias, documentación laboral y demás procesos administrativos. • Liderar procesos de reclutamiento y selección. • Coordinar los procesos de inducción e integración de nuevos colaboradores. • Identificar necesidades de capacitación y coordinar acciones de formación y desarrollo. • Acompañar a los líderes en procesos de gestión del desempeño, feedback, desarrollo de talento y clima organizacional. • Participar en iniciativas vinculadas a comunicación interna, cultura organizacional, bienestar y experiencia del colaborador. • Elaborar y analizar indicadores de Recursos Humanos, generando información para la toma de decisiones. • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos del área. Requisitos La búsqueda se orienta a profesionales universitarios de carreras como Relaciones Laborales, Relaciones del Trabajo, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o afines. Se valorará contar con conocimientos de legislación laboral uruguaya y administración de personal, así como un buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y Excel a nivel avanzado. Será especialmente valorada la experiencia previa en posiciones generalistas de Recursos Humanos o como HR Business Partner, con participación integral en la gestión de procesos hard y soft del área. Se considerará un diferencial la experiencia desarrollada en empresas de servicios, retail u organizaciones con dotaciones operativas, así como la capacidad para desenvolverse en contextos dinámicos y de alta interacción con diferentes áreas y equipos. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
