Seleccionamos para importante grupo empresarial en proceso de crecimiento y expansión, un/a Gerente de Administración y Finanzas, quien tendrá como principal desafío liderar y consolidar la gestión administrativa y financiera de las distintas empresas que integran el grupo. La posición tendrá un rol corporativo y transversal, trabajando en estrecha coordinación con la Dirección, con el objetivo de asegurar una gestión sólida, eficiente y alineada al crecimiento de los diferentes negocios. Principales responsabilidades: Liderar y supervisar los procesos administrativos, contables y financieros de las empresas del grupo, asegurando la calidad, integridad y actualización de la información. Coordinar y acompañar la gestión del equipo. Elaborar y analizar información financiera, reportes e indicadores que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones de la Dirección, identificando oportunidades, riesgos y desvíos. Asegurar el adecuado cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales, contables, laborales y administrativas de las distintas empresas, trabajando en coordinación con asesores y consultores externos. Supervisar la correcta administración de los recursos económicos, materiales, tecnológicos y humanos necesarios para el funcionamiento de las compañías. Liderar iniciativas de mejora y profesionalización de procesos administrativos y financieros, buscando incrementar la eficiencia, fortalecer controles y optimizar costos. Participar en el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de mecanismos de control y auditoría interna. Gestionar y fortalecer las relaciones con bancos, auditores, proveedores, asesores y otras instituciones vinculadas a la gestión financiera y administrativa. Acompañar a la Dirección en el análisis de nuevos negocios y proyectos, contemplando sus implicancias financieras, administrativas y regulatorias. Liderar y desarrollar al equipo, promoviendo una dinámica de trabajo colaborativa, ágil y orientada a resultados. Asegurar una adecuada articulación entre las distintas empresas del grupo, contemplando sus particularidades operativas y de negocio. Requisitos Buscamos Profesionales egresados/as de la carrera de Ciencias Económicas, Licenciatura en Administración, Economía o carreras afines. Deberá contar con conocimiento avanzado de SAP, inglés y portugués a nivel intermedio. Experiencia de al menos 5 años en posiciones de Gerencia o liderazgo senior en Administración y Finanzas, con responsabilidad sobre procesos integrales. Se valorará la experiencia en Shipping, Agencia Marítima, actividad portuaria, comercio exterior o negocios vinculados al sector marítimo. Experiencia en grupos empresariales con múltiples compañías o unidades de negocio.
