Advice selecciona para una reconocida compañía internacional, referente en servicios de ensayo, inspección, certificación y metrología, un/a Gerente Técnico General para liderar su operación en San Pablo, Brasil. La posición reportará al Directorio y tendrá la responsabilidad de liderar técnica, operativa y estratégicamente los laboratorios de la compañía, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y de las normativas aplicables, así como la continuidad de las acreditaciones. Será responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento permanente de la norma ISO/IEC 17025 y de las demás normativas técnicas, regulatorias y de acreditación aplicables, garantizando la conformidad de los procesos, la preparación para auditorías y la implementación de acciones de mejora cuando corresponda. Asimismo, impulsará la eficiencia operativa, la productividad y la rentabilidad de la organización, promoviendo la mejora continua y la implementación de indicadores de gestión. Participará activamente en el desarrollo del negocio, colaborando en la generación de nuevos servicios y oportunidades comerciales, manteniendo una estrecha relación con clientes estratégicos, organismos acreditadores y entidades regulatorias. Además, tendrá un rol clave en la planificación presupuestaria, el seguimiento de resultados y la toma de decisiones vinculadas al crecimiento de la empresa. Liderará equipos multidisciplinarios, fomentando una cultura de excelencia técnica, orientación a resultados, desarrollo de personas y trabajo colaborativo. Requisitos Buscamos profesionales universitarios/as con formación completa en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica o carreras afines, con sólida experiencia y conocimientos técnicos en ensayos eléctricos y electrónicos de productos. Será requisito contar con una experiencia comprobable mínima de 3 años en laboratorios de ensayos de productos acreditados bajo la norma ISO/IEC 17025, o experiencia equivalente directamente relacionada con ensayos y certificación de productos eléctricos y electrónicos. Se requiere conocimiento práctico del funcionamiento de un laboratorio acreditado, incluyendo sus procedimientos técnicos, requisitos de calidad y actividades vinculadas a ensayos y certificación de productos. Asimismo, se valorará experiencia o conocimientos específicos en ensayos de electrodomésticos y luminotecnia y, especialmente, en otras áreas como consumibles y productos hospitalarios, aparatos que utilizan gas, reguladores y aparatos y dispositivos destinados a mejorar la calidad del agua. La posición requiere capacidad de liderazgo técnico, con responsabilidad sobre la administración, coordinación y supervisión de un equipo de técnicos de ensayos de electrodomésticos y luminotecnia. Se valorarán perfiles con capacidad de organización, toma de decisiones, orientación a resultados y habilidad para gestionar equipos y operaciones técnicas con foco en la calidad y el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos. Se requieren conocimientos de idioma portugués e inglés. Es requisito contar con disponibilidad para radicarse en San Pablo, Brasil.
