Seleccionamos para importante organización del sector de ingeniería y construcción. Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Jefe/a de Oficina Técnica para integrarse al área de Desarrollo de Proyectos, liderando y gestionando integralmente la Oficina Técnica y asegurando la planificación, coordinación y calidad de los entregables técnicos asociados a los distintos proyectos. La posición tendrá como principales responsabilidades liderar y desarrollar el equipo técnico, planificar y distribuir la carga de trabajo, gestionar prioridades y recursos, y asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos y estándares de calidad. Asimismo, brindará soporte técnico en el desarrollo y revisión de proyectos. Será responsable de articular el trabajo de Oficina Técnica con las áreas de Producción, Compras, Comercial y demás sectores involucrados. Se espera que la persona seleccionada contribuya activamente a la optimización de procesos y metodologías de trabajo, promoviendo una gestión eficiente del área y asumiendo responsabilidad por sus resultados y desempeño. Es una oportunidad para incorporarse a una organización consolidada, en un entorno de desafíos técnicos permanentes y con la posibilidad de liderar un área de impacto directo en el desarrollo de los proyectos. Requisitos Orientamos la búsqueda a Ingenieros/as Civiles, preferentemente con perfil estructural, que cuenten con experiencia en el desarrollo de proyectos de ingeniería y construcción, siendo especialmente valorada la experiencia en ambos ámbitos. Será requisito contar con experiencia previa liderando equipos técnicos, así como con sólidas capacidades de planificación, organización, coordinación y mejora continua. Se valorarán especialmente las habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y articulación con diferentes áreas de la organización. Se requiere disponibilidad para facturar servicios profesionales.
