Seleccionamos para importante industria líder y de referencia. Tendrá un rol estratégico-operativo, con impacto directo en los resultados del negocio y en la profesionalización de la operación industrial, iniciando su gestión directamente en las líneas de producción para asegurar un entendimiento profundo de los procesos y su correcta ejecución. Dentro de las principales responsabilidades, se destacan: Dirigir y supervisar las operaciones de planta, abarcando la totalidad del proceso productivo y su cadena de valor. Asegurar la continuidad operativa y el cumplimiento del plan de producción en tiempo, costo y forma. Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad e higiene industrial. Liderar las áreas de Mantenimiento, promoviendo su correcta articulación con la operación. Optimizar procesos productivos, incrementando productividad, eficiencia y capacidad instalada. Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, implementando indicadores de gestión y monitoreando desvíos para la toma de decisiones. Administrar el presupuesto de planta y controlar costos operativos. Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios, desarrollando mandos medios y promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño. Gestionar la dotación, capacitación y evaluación de desempeño del personal. Fortalecer estrategias de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo. Promover la incorporación de mejoras tecnológicas y procesos de automatización. Requisitos Profesionales egresados/as de la carrera de Ingeniería (Industrial, Electromecánica, Materiales o afines). Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas (Excel y sistemas de gestión/ERP). Nos orientamos a profesionales con experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo en planta, preferentemente en entornos industriales (metalúrgico, automotriz, manufactura u otros procesos productivos complejos). Asimismo, se valorará la experiencia en gestión integral de planta con responsabilidad sobre producción, calidad, mantenimiento y logística. “El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad”.
