Seleccionamos para importante empresa multinacional de consumo masivo. La persona seleccionada deberá liderar al equipo de ventas a cargo, asesorando y entregando las herramientas necesarias para la ejecución comercial, conforme a las políticas y criterios establecidos en el Plan Anual de Ventas, a fin de impulsar la participación de mercado en todas las categorías. Es indispensable contar con disponibilidad full time y libreta de conducir. Objetivos: • Planificar y controlar la gestión del equipo de ventas • Análisis de indicadores de gestión establecidos y variables de mercado, a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas asignadas. • Buscar, capturar y generar oportunidades de negocio. • Planificar y gestionar acciones y actividades comerciales. • Mantener un contacto estrecho con clientes y proveedores. • Realizar un manejo profesional del área, ajustándose a indicadores, procesos y lineamientos corporativos. Requisitos Buscamos profesionales con formación en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Gerencia o similar. Se valorará formación de Posgrado. Será excluyente contar con al menos 5 años de experiencia en Ventas de Consumo Masivo en cargos de similar posición. Serán competencias clave el liderazgo y conducción de equipos, orientación a resultados y mejora continua, comunicación efectiva y capacidad de influencia, negociación y flexibilidad. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
