Seleccionamos para una empresa líder en los Agronegocios del Uruguay, reconocida por su versatilidad, dinamismo y compromiso en calidad en sus servicios. La posición tendrá como principal objetivo brindar soporte integral a la Gerencia General en la gestión y coordinación de iniciativas, proyectos y temas transversales de la empresa, contribuyendo a ordenar prioridades, articular áreas y asegurar el avance de los asuntos definidos. Será una posición de confianza, con interacción permanente con las distintas gerencias y unidades de negocio de la organización. Actuará como nexo entre la Gerencia General y los diferentes equipos, facilitando la coordinación, el seguimiento y la resolución de temas que requieran una mirada transversal. Dentro de las principales responsabilidades, se destacan: Coordinar y realizar el seguimiento de iniciativas, proyectos y temas transversales definidos por la Gerencia General, asegurando el cumplimiento de los compromisos y plazos establecidos. Facilitar la articulación entre las áreas de Administración, Comercial, Logística, Operaciones, promoviendo una comunicación fluida y orientada a la resolución. Participar en reuniones de coordinación con diferentes referentes de la organización, identificando acuerdos, próximos pasos y realizando el seguimiento correspondiente. Dar seguimiento a proyectos vinculados a la operación, infraestructura, logística y otras iniciativas estratégicas u operativas que requieran coordinación. Recopilar información de las diferentes áreas, integrarla y facilitar una visión de los avances, dificultades y prioridades de los temas bajo seguimiento. Brindar apoyo en la resolución de situaciones que requieran intervención o coordinación entre diferentes equipos, actuando con autonomía y sentido de urgencia. Gestionar información confidencial y sensible, aplicando criterio, discreción y responsabilidad en su manejo y comunicación. Mantener una comunicación fluida con la Gerencia General, anticipando necesidades y elevando oportunamente aquellos asuntos que requieran su intervención o decisión. Colaborar en nuevos desafíos que surjan en función de la evolución del negocio y las prioridades de la organización. Elaborar reportes e informes de gestión que permitan analizar los principales indicadores, avances y desvíos, facilitando la toma de decisiones y el seguimiento de las acciones. Actuar como nexo transversal entre la Gerencia General y las distintas áreas de la organización, articulando necesidades, prioridades y acciones con un equipo amplio y diverso, y favoreciendo una dinámica de trabajo coordinada y eficiente. Se espera una persona con autonomía, criterio, capacidad de resolución y habilidad para interactuar con interlocutores diversos, comprender diferentes realidades del negocio y traccionar temas hasta su concreción, manteniendo siempre alineamiento con la Gerencia General. Requisitos Nuestra búsqueda se orienta a personas con formación terciaria en Administración de empresas, Logística, Supply Chain, Gestión Empresarial o carreras afines a gestión y negocios. Buen manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office y SAP (no excluyente). Se valorará experiencia en herramientas de planificación y seguimiento. Apostamos a personas con experiencia previa en posiciones de gestión, coordinación y articulación transversal, idealmente en empresas del sector industrial, agroindustrial, agronegocios, distribución, alimentario o vinculadas a la cadena productiva.
