Seleccionamos para importante empresa nacional vinculada al sector de arquitectura y diseño, con una reconocida trayectoria en el mercado uruguayo y una propuesta orientada a la calidad de producto y experiencia del cliente. Buscamos una persona con sólida experiencia en liderazgo de equipos comerciales, orientación al cliente y capacidad para gestionar una operación dinámica, promoviendo tanto el cumplimiento de objetivos como una excelente experiencia dentro del salón. Dentro de las principales responsabilidades, se destacan: Acompañar y desarrollar a los integrantes del equipo, realizando seguimiento de su desempeño. Supervisar los resultados comerciales, analizar indicadores de venta y detectar oportunidades de mejora. Acompañar y capacitar al equipo de ventas y recepción, asegurando una adecuada experiencia del cliente. Articular con diferentes áreas para asegurar una gestión eficiente del salón. Participar en la definición y seguimiento de acciones vinculadas al portafolio y presentación de productos. Identificar oportunidades de mejora y contribuir a la optimización de los procesos del área. Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del showroom y el cumplimiento de los estándares de presentación, exhibición, orden y atención. La oportunidad implica incorporarse a una organización de sólida trayectoria, en una posición con responsabilidad directa sobre la gestión de un equipo comercial y sobre la experiencia integral del cliente en el salón, con interacción permanente con diferentes áreas de la compañía. Requisitos Enfocamos la búsqueda en profesionales egresados/as de la carrera de Arquitectura, Diseño, Marketing, Administración, Comunicación o afines. Sólido dominio de herramientas informáticas. Se valorará contar con dominio de idioma inglés, así como cursos y especialización en ventas. Nos orientamos a personas con experiencia laboral previa de al menos 5 años en posiciones similares, preferentemente con trayectoria en liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos, gestión comercial, orientación al cliente y coordinación de operaciones. Disponibilidad para trabajar algunos sábados. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
