MATRIZ es una empresa del Grupo ANCAP dedicada a brindar servicios centralizados asociados a los procesos de Soporte, así como servicios de consultoría en gestión del cambio y gestión de proyectos. Estamos en busca de un/a Analista Senior SAP BW- BI para unirse a nuestro equipo de Transformación digital y Business Intelligence con un esquema híbrido de trabajo. Creemos firmemente en la innovación, la excelencia en el análisis de datos y la aplicación de las últimas tecnologías para impulsar el éxito empresarial. La persona seleccionada se encargará de: - Gestionar los proyectos, requerimientos e incidencias en la plataforma de datos SAP, siguiendo la metodología indicada y acordando con los involucrados las expectativas de alcance, tiempo, costo y calidad. - Diseñar y mantener el datawarehouse institucional en la plataforma de datos SAP. Implementar los procesos de extracción, carga y transformación, asegurando que se ejecuten de manera eficiente y escalable. - Asegurar que se definan e implementen los roles de seguridad y acceso que permitan gestionar el acceso a la información. - Apoyar en las actividades de modelado, reporting e integración de datos, utilizando información de diversas fuentes. - Crear y mantener actualizadas las especificaciones de requerimientos, documentación técnica y de operación. - Brindar formación y asistencia a los usuarios de negocio, logrando el mayor nivel de adopción de los procesos y herramientas tecnológicas. Requisitos - Perfiles egresados o estudiantes avanzados de Ingeniería en Computación, Licenciatura en Sistemas, Tecnicatura en Sistemas, Analistas Programadores o carreras afines de instituciones reconocidas por el MEC (excluyente) - Experiencia laboral de al menos 2 años en diseño y desarrollo de soluciones de datos SAP (Business Warehouse, Datasphere). - Experiencia técnica y/o funcional de mínimo 2 años. - Conocimientos en SQL y tecnología Hana. - Disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país, en caso de residir en Montevideo. Se valorará: - Habilidades avanzadas de análisis y resolución de problemas. - Formación en gestión de proyectos (PMP, Scrum) y experiencia en: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, suite MS365 o herramientas equivalentes. - Conocimientos de Inglés y herramientas BI.
