MATRIZ es una empresa del Grupo ANCAP dedicada a brindar servicios centralizados asociados a los procesos de Soporte, así como servicios de consultoría en gestión del cambio y gestión de proyectos. La persona seleccionada se encargará de: Conocer las diferentes áreas de negocio, las herramientas tecnológicas que utilizan y entender sus necesidades en función de sus estrategias e iniciativas. Proponer recomendaciones de soluciones o mejoras para procesos de negocios mediante módulos SAP. Gestionar los proyectos siguiendo la metodología indicada, acordando con los involucrados las expectativas de alcance, tiempo, costo y calidad. Resolver incidentes, brinda soporte y mantenimiento evolutivo sobre los distintos módulos que soportan los procesos de negocios. Ejecutar casos de prueba tanto unitarias como integrales. Colaborar con programadores en acciones correctivas o evolutivas del sistema Proponer recomendaciones de soluciones o mejoras para procesos de negocios mediante módulos SAP; evalúa impactos en el sistema ante nuevos desarrollos o cambios. Crear y mantener actualizadas las especificaciones de requerimientos funcionales detalladas en los documentos maestros y velar por la permanente actualización del manual de operaciones de la solución que se esté modificando. Coordinar con Seguridad de la información y con los técnicos del Área de Desarrollo de Soluciones para contemplar sus requerimientos dentro de cada proyecto. Acuerda con el resto de las áreas de TI, las prioridades para resolución de incidentes y problemas. Coordinar con el área de compras el proceso de selección de proveedores. Gestionar los proveedores de desarrollo y/o implementación desde el punto de vista de la planificación y seguimiento (cronograma) y control de los entregables acordados. La validación técnica de los entregables de desarrollo será realizada en conjunto con los equipos técnicos. Requisitos Buscamos profesionales con formación terciaria o universitaria en Sistemas, Ingeniería, Administración, Logística o afines, que cuenten con al menos 5 años de experiencia relacionada a soporte e implementación SAP. Será esencial poseer conocimientos en alguno de los siguientes módulos MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HCM. Se requiere de un dominio de idioma inglés, nivel intermedio. Será altamente valorado contar con certificaciones SAP relacionadas. Buscamos perfiles con habilidades para análisis y resolución de problemas, que tengan capacidad para interactuar con diferentes áreas, proveedores y clientes internos.
