Seleccionamos personal para NGC Agrosciences, una empresa líder especializada en la exportación de productos de protección de cultivos. Será responsable de desarrollar y fortalecer el negocio de la empresa en Uruguay, centrándose principalmente en las ventas B2C y apoyando simultáneamente el desarrollo de oportunidades comerciales B2B. El puesto implica realizar estudios de mercado, recopilar información del sector, analizar productos y competidores, e identificar oportunidades de negocio que contribuyan al crecimiento de la empresa en el mercado local. Asimismo, el candidato seleccionado se encargará de desarrollar y mantener una cartera de clientes, establecer relaciones comerciales a largo plazo, gestionar los registros de clientes e impulsar un crecimiento sostenible de las ventas. Además, el puesto dará soporte en asuntos relacionados con las operaciones de importación de productos, colaborando en la coordinación de las actividades necesarias para el negocio local. La persona seleccionada también acompañará al personal de la sede central durante viajes de negocios, brindando apoyo en reuniones con clientes y otras actividades comerciales. Las funciones incluyen la elaboración de informes comerciales, el seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño del negocio y la contribución a la gestión de riesgos comerciales y de clientes para garantizar el desarrollo eficiente de la actividad empresarial. Requirements Buscamos un/a Representante Comercial con sólida trayectoria en la industria de agroquímicos, capaz de impulsar el desarrollo del negocio, fortalecer relaciones comerciales y generar nuevas oportunidades en el mercado local. La posición está orientada a profesionales con título universitario (licenciatura o superior), dominio bilingüe de inglés y al menos ocho años de experiencia en ventas dentro del sector agroquímico. Se valorará especialmente el conocimiento práctico del mercado, los productos de protección de cultivos y la dinámica comercial de la industria, así como una red consolidada de clientes y contactos del sector. Será clave contar con experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocios y gestión de canales de venta, junto con capacidad para identificar oportunidades, desarrollar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo y contribuir activamente al crecimiento de la organización. Buscamos una persona con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, autonomía comercial, capacidad de elaboración y seguimiento de reportes y un marcado enfoque orientado a resultados. Asimismo, será fundamental contar con experiencia en gestión de relaciones con clientes y administración de riesgos comerciales. Se requiere licencia de conducir vigente y vehículo propio, así como dominio de Microsoft Office y herramientas de comunicación como WhatsApp, WeChat y Time Stamp Camera. Benefits
