Seleccionamos para Nicoll, quien forma parte del grupo empresarial Aliaxis, fabricante y distribuidor mundial de sistemas de conducción de fluidos, destinados para la construcción residencial y comercial, así como en aplicaciones de infraestructura industrial y pública. La posición tendrá como principal objetivo liderar la gestión comercial de la compañía en Uruguay, impulsando el crecimiento del negocio, la rentabilidad y la participación de mercado, en línea con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización. Será responsable de definir e implementar la estrategia comercial, en coordinación con la Gerencia de País, identificando oportunidades de negocio y estableciendo acciones para el desarrollo de clientes, segmentos y canales de venta. Asimismo, tendrá a su cargo el liderazgo, la supervisión y el desarrollo del equipo comercial, promoviendo su desempeño, motivación y orientación a resultados. Entre sus principales responsabilidades se destacan la planificación y el seguimiento de las ventas, la elaboración de presupuestos y pronósticos comerciales, el análisis de indicadores de gestión y participación de mercado, y la definición de estrategias de precios que contribuyan a maximizar la rentabilidad y fortalecer la competitividad de la compañía. También deberá impulsar el desarrollo de nuevos clientes y mercados, fortalecer las relaciones comerciales con clientes estratégicos, identificar oportunidades vinculadas a proyectos y licitaciones, y coordinar acciones con las áreas de Marketing y otras unidades del negocio para asegurar una gestión alineada con los objetivos organizacionales. Requisitos Apostamos a personas con formación universitaria en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería o carreras afines, con orientación comercial. Manejo de herramientas CRM y paquete Office a nivel intermedio. Conocimientos de planificación comercial, elaboración de pronósticos de venta (forecasting) y estrategias de precios (pricing). Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando equipos comerciales en empresas B2B, preferentemente en compañías multinacionales y/o del sector industrial. Disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país y, eventualmente, al exterior. Contar con vehículo propio (excluyente).
