Puente es una entidad Latinoamericana de Gestión Patrimonial & Mercado de Capitales, líder en Cono Sur. Se distingue por la excelencia en el modelo de atención a Personas, Empresas e Instituciones. La persona seleccionada será responsable de brindar soporte en la gestión y administración de la nómina, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas laborales vigentes y la correcta actualización de la información del personal. Objetivos: • Coordinar el proceso de onboarding y offboarding, preparación y seguimiento de novedades para la liquidación de sueldos (asistencias, licencias, vacaciones) y mantener actualizada la base de datos de los colaboradores. • Realizar controles sobre sueldos, provisiones e imputaciones por centros de costo. • Participar activamente en procesos de auditoría interna del área, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas de la compañía, normativas laborales vigentes y el correcto armado, resguardo y actualización de los legajos e información de personal. • Elaborar reportes, métricas e informes de gestión del área. • Participar en procesos de selección • Organizar en coordinación con la gerencia actividades internas con los empleados. Requisitos Buscamos profesionales graduados o estudiantes avanzados de Contador, Administración de Empresas, RRHH o afines con experiencia en áreas de Administración de Personal, Payroll o Contabilidad aplicada a Recursos Humanos. Se valorarán sólidos conocimientos en liquidaciones de haberes y legislación laboral, así como manejo avanzado de Excel y sistemas de gestión. Nos orientamos a profesionales que cuenten con un alto desarrollo de competencias clave como: capacidad analítica, confidencialidad, atención al detalle, excelente comunicación, escucha activa y capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente con el área de Finanzas. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
