Seleccionamos Gerente Operativo y de Gestión para incorporarse a Quartier Punta Ballena. Un reconocido complejo residencial ubicado en Punta Ballena, caracterizado por sus espacios comunes, servicios e infraestructura orientados a brindar una experiencia de calidad a sus propietarios y usuarios. La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar integralmente la operación del complejo, asegurando el adecuado funcionamiento de los servicios, la conservación de las instalaciones y la atención de las necesidades de propietarios y usuarios. Tendrá a su cargo la coordinación y supervisión del personal, así como la gestión de proveedores y servicios tercerizados. Asimismo, deberá organizar y realizar el seguimiento de las tareas de mantenimiento, establecer prioridades y anticiparse a posibles inconvenientes, procurando brindar soluciones ágiles y eficientes. Mantendrá un contacto cercano y fluido con los propietarios, atendiendo sus inquietudes y requerimientos, organizando las necesidades planteadas y coordinando o derivando su resolución según corresponda. Será fundamental contar con habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento interpersonal que permitan gestionar adecuadamente distintas situaciones, manteniendo una orientación permanente al servicio. El horario es de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 17:00 horas, el lugar de trabajo será en Punta Ballena. Requirements Enfocamos la búsqueda a profesionales con experiencia previa en posiciones de gestión operativa, gerencia, coordinación o supervisión de servicios. Será excluyente contar con experiencia en hotelería, complejos residenciales, resorts, clubes, empresas de servicios u operaciones de características similares. Será valorado contar con experiencia específica en propiedad horizontal, aunque en estos casos será necesario demostrar interés y disposición para capacitarse en esta modalidad de gestión. Se requiere experiencia en liderazgo y coordinación de equipos, gestión de proveedores y capacidad para organizar y realizar el seguimiento de múltiples actividades de manera simultánea. Buscamos personas con marcada capacidad de organización, liderazgo y resolución, orientación al servicio, buenas habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento interpersonal, así como capacidad para identificar necesidades, establecer prioridades y coordinar las acciones necesarias para darles respuesta. Será valorada la autonomía, proactividad, capacidad de anticipación y flexibilidad para adaptarse a la dinámica del complejo.
